Fourteen years back, foundation of Pal Computers Training Institute
(PCTI) was laid down by Mrs. Deep Shikha, Director, in April
1991, with just two computers, a very humble beginning and an
aim to provide quality IT education at an affordable cost .
The idea behind initiation was to have the blend of 'Guru Shishya'
Parampara with strong base of contents and making it flexible
and diversified with the usage of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) for its students. With the motto of providing
the best quality education and making the students capable enough
to handle and manage the situation and problems of life, through
the tools studied, skills, beliefs, knowledge, personality grooming,
communication skills, discipline, development of environment,
the society and collectively the whole nation, PCTI started
its activities with its own certificate and diploma courses
in various fields of Information Technology in its present head
office at UU-11 , Pitampura , Delhi. PCTI today is offering
wide variety of Courses of various Universities

PCTI's PEARLS
- An ISO 9001:8000 Certified Chain of Next Generation Schools
PCTI Group took another giant step in the journey by taking
the challenge of providing education to the little ones(In
age group of 2+ to 5+). In February2002, PCTI's PEARLS- A
Unique Nursery School was opened at UU-199, Pitampura, with
a vision to provide complete education right from pre-primary
to doctorate level under the single umbrella of PCTI Group.
This effort was the first link of an ever growing chain of
Next Generation Schools to be established all over the country
and across the globe.

PCTI's KIDS PLAZA
PCTI Group stepped into another field of Kids' Entertainment
and Educational Toys under the banner of "PCTI's Kids Plaza
" at Pitampura, Rohini & Pratap Nagar.
Kids Plaza has been opened with a vision of putting smiles on
the faces of tender buds by providing educational, infotainment
gadgets and toys under the same roof. These type of edutainment
toys besides entertaining the kids, also helps them in developing
motor, intellectual and social skills.
A new feather in the cap was added when the group decided to
share all its expertise openly and launched school consultancy
project “Smart Schools” under the umbrella of PCTI's
Kids Plaza . Under this project all the required consultancy
is being given to schools who wish to keep on upgrading themselves
with the changing times. The project includes the consultancy
to schools by beginning with the infrastructure development,
providing all the furniture, fixtures, educational material
to the schools, Kits, toys or any other required material, providing
the training to the teachers, providing appropriate ISO certification
etc. This is the turnkey project, which is being provided to
the running schools and Smart Schools is of major supportive
to the upcoming educational institutes.

with Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore, Karnataka
is offering 3-years Bachelor & 2-years Master Degree Programme
in Information Technology leading to B.Sc.(IT) and M.Sc.(IT)
respectively.

Institute of Developmental
Assessment & Counselling (IDAC)
The world is becoming increasingly complex. Parents
and teachers have to play a proactive role in the overall development
of the child. Early years foundations have to be cemented for
a worthy performance in the intensely competitive world of academics
and careers. No twins have much in common and the things that
are taken for granted in one, can be a source of surprise and
wonderment to the other. So we all need to adopt a rational
approach towards the aptitude, interest and ability of the children,
in order to facilitate a suitable vocation, without burdening
them with over expectation and family impositions.
IDAC, The Institute of Developmental Assessment and Counseling
is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization of educators, teachers
and parents who unite to address the unique strengths and needs
of children and youth. We encourage and respond to the diverse
expressions in children and youth from all cultures and socio-economic
groups. IDAC supports and engages in staff development, advocacy,
communication and collaboration with other organization and
agencies who strive to improve the quality of life.
